Griffin Identity Management and Reputation System

Griffin AI introduces a decentralized ID Registry alongside a distributed Reputation System to enhance security and trust within the network.

Decentralized ID Registry

  • Allows network participants to register their IDs and public keys to facilitate authentication and message validation.

  • Each participant obtains a Griffin ID that is managed through their private keys, so the participant maintains control and ownership of their identity.

  • The Griffin ID system does not collect personal identity information; it only verifies that a user possesses the private key corresponding to the public key listed in the registry.

Distributed Reputation System

  • Assesses the credibility and performance of network participants.

  • Managed by Guardian Nodes, it evaluates the conduct and reliability of node operators such as Service Providers (SPs), Client Providers (CPs), and AI agents.

  • Because many AI services operate off-chain due to computational and storage demands, this reputation system is essential for establishing trust.

  • Maintains tamper-proof records of activities performed by network participants to ensure transparency, reliability, and a secure environment within the network.
